RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the original packaging (the inner packaging must not be tampered with)
Never be assembled or used
Be in full salable condition when received back to our warehouse
If you received a replacement and now wish to return the item, you will need to return both the replacement and original item. If both items are not returned, we cannot honor a refund.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns that exceed the 30-day window or arrive in extremely used condition will not be accepted, and a refund, exchange, or replacement will be denied.

The packing slip/receipt sent with your order is not a return label. No RMA is required. PURIVAPRO.COM does not offer return labels and is not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your package is refused or returned back to us (“Return to Sender”), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Packages refused are subject to additional fees, which will be deducted from any eligible refunds after the package is returned to us.
Be sure to include the following information with your return: name and email used for the order, order number, and reason for return or the item you wish to exchange for. You may include this on a piece of paper, enclosed packing slip, or printed email confirmation to allow for faster processing.
Processing can take 7–14 business days once we receive your return.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Since we are a small company, please let us know if you experienced any issue with the product. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and helps us improve future products.
REFUNDS
Please allow 7–14 business days for returns to be processed once they arrive at our facility. You will be notified if your return is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
If you do not see the funds returned to your original method of payment after 5 business days, please contact support@purivapro.com to verify that the refund has been processed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If more than 5 business days have passed since your return was processed and you have not received an email notification regarding its status, please check your Junk or SPAM folder.
If you still do not see the refund after 5 business days, contact support@purivapro.com to confirm the status.
Missing Item(s)
Contact support@purivapro.com within 5 days of receiving your order if any items are missing.
If the package appears tampered with, we recommend submitting a claim with the shipping carrier as well.
Please include photo verification of the packing slip, all package contents, and the shipping label when contacting us.
Failure to notify us within 5 days of delivery may result in denial of compensation.
