Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Transit Time: Delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days after shipment.
Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
All U.S. orders have an estimated transit time of 3–7 business days once shipped.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Our Guarantee
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will work quickly to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement if necessary.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Refund Policy for return and exchange eligibility.
Important Remarks
Refunds are not provided for free promotional items. However, replacements may be issued for items lost or damaged during shipping.
